I spent 25 years as a supply chain purchasing manager for a Phoenix-area high-tech company, where as a certified Six Sigma Lean Expert I learned a lot about efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Searching for more life balance and unbridled creativity, I attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, AZ to study Patisserie.
I worked in the bakeshops at the Hotel Dupont in Wilmington, DE, Nibbler’s Catering in Phoenix, AZ, and Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center prior to launching Because Baked Goods in 2012.
